Seriously.
That completely blew my mind.

I've never heard such a thing before.

yessss. I have pretty much always felt like this, and it's why I always try and coerce stories from elderly people whenever possible (like when via aurora I got the chance to go to bell trace and do just that and I was elated), but my goodness. It's spelled out so perfectly. It does strike a perfect chord that rings so true. Ugh.

For some reason it makes me think of this wonderful quote that doesn't really fit but I adore it and want you to see it:
"Sticks and stones may break our bones, but words will truly crush us."
-Tim O'Brien
(the underlining is my own touch. I just, I dunno. I need it there, always, every time I write it. And I write it out often. Oh, and also, truly is usually cursive as well. I don't know the html for that.)

Ohmywow.

That is incredible.

I've always meant to ask you...
Was it you who always wrote in the bathrooms at Fountain Square mall? Jeremiah and I used to go there a lot and I'd always read these beautiful quotes in the bathroom stalls. For some reason I just always felt it was you..

The only quote that I can think of off the top of my head:
"You're the retarded offspring of five monkeys having sex with a fish squirrel. Congratulations."

-Mr. Garrison, South Park:D
