In another digusting show of how they have sold out to the left-wing establsihment, NBC, the National Biased Company (or maybe the National Broadcasting Communists, they both work) refused to air this ad

yet they had no problem airing a disgusting ad with Danny Glover telling lies about President Bush, and giving (not selling, but giving for free) ( Read more... )

It is a sad thing when people can't tell the difference between supporting the troops, the people who are sent off to fight because that's their JOB, not because they themselves personally chose countries to be in armed conflict. It seems, though, that they're declining it on grounds of it's political message (it's very subtle, but it's in there); they could even think they'd be required to show ads from other political groups in the future. It's probably more of a legal scardy-pants issue than a political one for NBC. (Their bottom line is $$$, and little else.)

But what's this about propagandizing climate change? I've never heard Gore mention anything but facts. Though then again I check up on all the climate change issues myself in the journals and papers, so I don't need to pay much attention to him.

Sorry man, but I don't buy it. Even if there were a political message in the ad above, don't forget, NBC had no problem running this piece of garbage

Bear in mind fox refused to run this ad because when they asked the group who ran it for proof of their claims, they couldn't provide any. So basically, NBC will run a blatantly biased ad that has no proof for the left, but refused to run an ad just thanking the troops. Like I said, I hope they got a lot when they sold their souls to the Clintons.

Validity of the claims aside, I'm pretty sure Fox refused to air that because it doesn't fit with their conservative ideology. Also, the troop support ad is promoting a political standpoint; this NBC ad deals with a political but specific issue. Enough differences that the two can't be compared directly.

It's not suprising, Henry Waxman's only agenda is to destroy his political opponents. Serving the American people isn;t a a part of it. Now, for something a little less biased take a look at this:

And then take a look at this:

http://malaysia.news.yahoo.com/ap/20071211/tap-as-gen-bali-climate-conference-5th-l-d3b07b8.html

Note in the second article
"Speakers on Wednesday also laid out the basic parameters of an agreement: that rich nations, as the prime drivers of global warming, should make the first cuts in emissions and help poorer countries develop in a clean way with technology and assistance."

It's the UN, not The President, trying to manipulate climate change data, using the lie of global warming to get their way, and trying to suppress anyone who disagrees.

Sure, the Earth is getting warmer. It's cyclical. there are agricultural records to indicate that the Earth was warmer than this 600 years ago, and also 200 years ago. It happens. You talk about the side that cooks the books, but that's the side you are picking. Heck, there was a math "mistake" in the climate change data that shows the five hottest years on record weren't in the past decade, but in the 1930s ( ... )
