Playing the numbers game

I spent this morning calling 21 different towns, all within an hour drive of my house, for substitute teacher applications. I figure one or two of them will have to hire me and give me somewhat steady work. The downside is that new Mass. law requires that I deliver these applications back in person so that an ID can be checked prior to the CORI

Have you heard anything back from the other interviews you went on? You had a couple there that at least sounded promising...

I never heard back from Tyco Healthcare and I got a "thanks but no thanks" letter back from Meditech.
