You can always take the cat to a local shelter, (might want to make sure they don’t euthanize first) or contact your local veterinary clinic, they will (should have tons of resources you can use/ places to take the animal).

See, this would be a feasible option ... if all the animal shelters in Roanoke weren't already full. The only available to take the cat is to animal control, which kills them in a two week period. Crap hell.
