why i want to bone the staff of 'Entertainment Weekly'

LIVE, Awake: The Best of Live

How It Sounded Then: An unholy, but oddly popular, alliance of idealist U2-style arena rock, New Age aphorisms, and chest-beating vocals.

How It Holds Up: More cringe-worthy than ever. Keep the slap bass and songs about sea mammals ("The Dolphin's Cry") in the '90s time capsule--please!

hey,

this is corey, the guy who is in lust with you 3000 miles away. i found you through Kate.
i'm not on the staff of entertainment weekly but since you won't find any of them anyway - i'm willing to take their reward and see to it that you get what you need...

xo
Corey

hehehhehe yeah.
i always wonder why 'entertainment weekly' is so clever and 'entertainment tonight' kind of hurts one's brain with bad dialogue or whatever they call it when they're "newscasting." i still watch it, of course.

jesus christ, "when dolphins cry"? i remember thinking "what the fuck are they thinking?" when that came out.

it's like a friend of mine told me: "don't date a chick with dolphins on her jewelry no matter how hot she is."
