Home from Caid's Pentathalon arts competition, and I am exhausted. Happy to report I did far better than I had expected with four First places out of five. Got 2 in apprentice (illumination and orange marmalade) and 2 in Journeyman (Phyllis gown and blackwork partlet). The cool thing was the partlet was entered at apprentice level and bumped to

My half brother (fully American) is fine. He and his Japanese wife are in Tokyo riding out the problems. I don't know about the rest of my Mom's family, as they are all over Japan. I know one lived along the coast, but won't know what has happened for awhile. I just hope they are fine.
