Mmmmmmm broccoli caserole. Mmmmm.... I have all of the ingredients to make one right now, too!!!

Hamburger caserole. I can't say I've had that one before. Aside from the obvious, what else goes in it?

Here's the recipe I used:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 can cream mushroom
• 1 can cream chicken
• 1 8 oz. seashell or elbow macaroni
• 1 cup milk

My mom's version, probably due to all the irishness, replaced pasta with potatoes and didn't use the milk. Also cream of mushroom or cream of chicken can be interchangeable and sometimes she'd put sauteed mushrooms on top.

But I bet it's virtually the same thing, not that I'd eat it (ground BARF!) these days...
