Who here hates the Suprs?! I know I fucking do. They are a solid team, don't get me wrong, but they are not great. The lakers are great, and just need to have more than 1 quarter of goodplay, they need at least 2 good quarters and then 2 okay ones. Now it is due or die and that shit makes me nervous. I know me and Ken have faith...do you?!

haha, sweet. I know you're really for LA so it's all good, after all you live here and if you were forced to go with one team you would go with LA...thanx for responding.

The Spurs are better than the Lakers. I'm neutral here...hardcore Warriors fan. The Lakers just can't do it with only Shaq and Kobe. Basically, the Lakers are the same team from their first championship under Phil. Gradually, the rest of the West has gotten better and the Lakers have stayed the same. They can't sign and free agents cos of the huge contracts of their two stars. They havent drafted well with their late picks... Look at the Spurs, Kings, and Mavs. All those teams have been good like the Lakers the past couple of years, but with their shitty picks, theyve drafted good players. Lakers havent really had the luck. Whatever...the Lakers I think will win the series if it goes to 7...which I think it will, but I don't think they can repeat.

I agree with some of what you said, but I don't think the laker's recent plight is due to the other teams getting better I think it is mainly because the lakers have lost a lot of their team chemistry and ambition. But other teams have gotten better, especially the spurs with parker, ginobli and bowen. So that does add to it.
