So diets are dumb. Especially certain times of the month. I think I'll do the CSD again, but not until the summer or something. I'm pretty sure it worked DESPITE the fact that I completely binged once it was over. I weigh 3 lbs less right now eating mornal than I did before the diet and that's AFTER the holidays. So, today I feel pretty good.
I slept really crappy last night, though. I couldn't get comfortable and my stomach wouldnt stop growling. However, I woke up today feeling refreshed. Aside from running to the toilet about every 30 minutes, I am quite content (I guess it's because of the rapid water weight loss)
