Hey guys, to all those who went to the Pioneer how did you find it?
I was there from about 8 45 to the end (can't remember what time that was lol).

I LOVED the last band but can't remember their name, anyone know?

i left at 8 30.
to be honest, i would have found cutting my own ears off more enjoyable than watching more of this tripe.
i have to say..the local music scene is shit.
well. bar a few.

and the pioneer needs to be closed down and ripped down in my eyes.
was it me, or did it seem like about 95% of the people there were about 12?
fucking annoyed me.
anyway.

Yes i agree, there were alot of young people there and probly too many new faces.
But i did have a nice time, i must say that.
The problem with Pioneer is simply the young people, and a kid coming up to me every 10 or so minutes asking me for fags then telling me he was 15 when he looked about 10. It was generally annoying.
I will go again though. haha.

should have got the good st albans / surrounding area bands to play then such as eden maine, aconite thrill, cry for silence...etc... as far as i am aware eden maine were not even asked, and they pull a crowd. the show last night was fucking superb! don't diss the entire local music scene because you saw some of the local shit bands play.

one more thing the pioneer is a youth club without an alcohol licence meaning that the kids are actually allowed to go there anyway! so everytime i go there i expect to see the little nippers! its the over 18's that are crashing their party!

Basically you are all gay.
*There is nothing wrong with young kids attending gigs, I'm sure you all did it.
*The gig was at a shit venue with shit sound, but coming from an organiser I really do think that all our hard work payed off.
*There is nothing wrong with being fashionable or poserlike. Whats the point in having tasty clothes if you can't show them off at gigs?
*People can choose between pioneer and club 85 and live with their decision.

kthxbye

I had fun, and enjoyed playing...I think we wasent alot of people's thing but then we had a great time playing. Gary is tops for putting on a great show and it was even better to see some new kids in the scene..this shits like family so stick together as a scene.
