I got the amazing opportunity last semester to study at Oxford. While there, I leeched myself onto Oxford's comedy scene...just hoping to make friends and do some improv. She knows how much it means to me, but her rationale is, you have one more year of school left, you're broke...hence you need to work, earn money and stash it away. I mean I love my mom dearly but it breaks my heart when she's like..."oh...maybe next year" because all of my contacts won't be there next year.
