MWC Report: Day #2: In the Wake of the Cruise Announcement

The con opened at around noon yesterday, so there were some panels scheduled. But really, it was all about the dealer’s room and catching up with friends.

The room housing the dealers in this new hotel is about one third the size of the old hotel’s ballroom. I can’t really tell if there are less

Even from abroad and so far away, I'm glad the con is going on with some faithful MFU attendance. Have a nice week-end with the other cousins.

It's great to read your summary! It sounds like fun. I miss the great MFU crowds we used to have at MWC. We've lost some of them, too, and that makes me sad. But all in all, it sounds like you are enjoying yourself.

Re: your workshops. You know, I still tell people how lucky I was to meet you at a formative time in my fanfic production. And the things you teach in your class, I still use every time I write another novel! :-)

Your workshops are always the best! I had some physical issues this weekend and to be honest, your "better story" panels were the only two I made it to. I did want to see the social media one, but wasn't able to make it down.

So happy that I could glean more insight into making a good story even though I was half high on Norco-5.
