I adore the way this is written. It's so funny and adorable, and Bones.

This is my favorite line: He’s discovered the first law of Kirk-dynamics: if things seem more strange than usual, Jim Kirk is probably within spitting distance. The man radiates absurdity like most people give off heat.

The "date" was really unique and fit them as a couple perfectly.

This was amazing -- the description of the latexy paint feeling, the way Jim doesn't even acknowledge Bones accidentally shooting him, PIKE <3, the gun-click sound Jim makes -- all of it.

I have read it twice in a row and if I read it even one more time I fear I will develop an overwhelming paintball kink* making it impossible for me to function normally in society. I love you guys.

I love sneaky Kirk. I love he used a bet as an excuse to get some action with Bones!!! I love how grumpy doctor give in to the ridiculousness. Lovely!
