ETA: Whatever it is, seems like they just flipped the switch on it and it's very buggy. I am shocked.

It's been part of the Russian package for a few years, I think, looks like they just activated it on other accounts. Check your userinfo page.

Note that r_ness is only ranked #6,859 despite having triple my 'social capital', whatever the hell that is. It's all very mysterious!

I posted a puppy picture, which is good, but followed with am unvarnished critique of a sketchy witness at the George Zimmerman trial. That erased all my social capital, and made me a LiveJournal pariah.
