I dunno. "Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem" had zombies, too...and it was all Cthulhu-style. Oh, and then there's the new Lovecraft-specific game coming out for the X-Box soon. You go to Innsmouth, get attacked by deep ones, and the like.

Then again, that game is old school. I mean, Genesis? That gives it serious bonus points.
