I was going to get a blackberry. One thing stopped me, the fact that they're going bankrupt. Copyright enfringements fucked them over. I got a sidekick instead, which I'm on right now :)

They're not going bankrupt dude. They were being sued by NTP and they was gonna get fucked up, but then the USPTO is invalidating most of their patents.
