ok c'mon buddies.. help me. i have created a scrap book. now when i want to insert images into a post, how the frig do i do it? when i click the little insert image button it asks for a URL ... but if i put the scrapbook one in.. nothing. i tried to create a tag too but no luck. and yes, i have looked through help but it was no help

Okay, don't know exactly how the paid account stuff works, but this is the general theory behind inserting images.
If you bring up your scrapbook, so you can see all the pictures, then right click on the one you want, you should get an option to bring up Properties. That will bring up a little box with a whole bunch of garble, but find the one that says Location, copy it.
Then on your post, put in < IMG SRC ="the Location URL you copied from the Properties box" >. Without the extra spaces of course.
That SHOULD work.
