Whenever I express to people my fear of the operation, they often respond by ‘they give you lots of medicine’ or ‘it doesn't hurt that bad’. I’m not afraid of the pain. Honestly, that doesn’t bother me at all. Tomorrow, in the morning, I get my wisdom teeth removed, and I’m not the lest bit excited. Terrified would be a better term. Something is ( Read more... )

Thanks for such comforting words. It took almost 24 for the numb to go anyways in my lower lip. I was nervous, because if anything were to go wrong I would have wanted anything but my lips to be messed up -- my trombone life would be dead. But, other then lots of oozing blood, swelled jaw, tremendous amount of pain and discomfort - I feel great.
In 38 hours all i’ve eaten is four heart shaped jello plates, two glasses of water, one cup of gatorade, and half a serving of applesauce.
