Did your birhtday present make it to you ever?

Yes. I actually got it last week. I was working on a letter to you to let you know. And to ask whether you already have A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum on DVD. Cause I wouldn't want to get you something you already had. ^_^ I wanted to at least finish the letter before I talked about it in lj, but somehow I always fall farther behind in my letter-writing than lj-updating. Go figure.

I'll still send the letter, of course. Cause it's more fun to get real mail in the mailbox. Did you know there's a community on lj to find college penpals specifically so you get mail at school? The variety of lj communities never ceases to amaze me.

The book is very lovely. I actually checked it out from the library when Alexis was here but only got to read the first couple stories before I had to return it. *frown* So I'm happy to have my own copy to read at my leisure (of which there is hardly enough). ^_^
