how to post (in the royal mail sense) : buy jiffy bag/envelope, write address of person who bought your item, go to post office, get them to weigh item if its hefty, pay for postage. guidelines on what weight=what price on post office website?

if posting on the ebay site, just write details of crap, figure how much postage would be, and scan/take photos of the item
