I totally agree, Jenn. And not just with work related goals. It's nice to have people you can trust who can give you advice, but in the end you have to go with your own gut and trust yourself.
As I've been talking up the upcoming release of your new book at work to interested customers, I've been handselling copies of your past novels as well. I mention this because I have also encouraged these readers to feel free to drop you an email to you via your website. Hopefully, one day, someone will, and the things they say will stay with you far longer than others criticisms.
