Today I say goodbye to my dearest friend , Slick. A beautiful lab-spaniel mix with the friendliest disposition ever. Slick is old, and sick, so he is being "put down" today. I have loved that dog as much as I love my own son at times. So my heart aches with the memories and wet doggy kisses that I have left in my mind ( Read more... )

So Sept. 12 will make 3 months on weight watchers. I'm happy with my results, and the fact that I have never felt deprived. I went to the chinese buffet and lived....twice! And in my (almost) 3 months, I have lost about 25 pounds. I got the message from weight watchers about my "rapid" weight loss. They want me to slow it down and pace myself ( Read more... )
