as i said before;

l - green tea & 11 wheat crackers (90 cals)
- green tea after school & 11 more wheat crackers -
s - chicken ( is there many calories in chicken? )
- green tea again -
who ever knew green tea was so addicting. i love it. :)

I've controlled my food intake before..
a year or two ago.
Then I got back into a normal diet,
which lead to me weighing just about exactly 7 stone.
But I'm gonna start stopping eating now.
hehe.
I haven't eaten at all today.
but I had to eat dinner last night,
as I don't want my parents suspecting anything.
I've decided I'll only eat when I'm with my boyfriend,
and even then...a very small amount.
GENIUS!
