Oh, man. I hardly know where to start.

disgusting, very bad things, i love readers, my opinion for what it's worth, bad things, grumpyass, moral outrage, rantypants, reviews are for readers, things that make me sick, we should be in this together

I largely agree with you - I've been pretty amazed at some of the stuff I've seen going on just this year so far, and I hate that authors think it's okay to be asshats to the people who...well, make it possible for them to be authors ( ... )

I have always said to my family and friends after you buy my book, I don't care what you do with it. Read it, use it as a coaster, it's not my business to know. I think a lot of this behavior could stem from people who have grown up around fanfiction and how writing reviews and talking to your audience is the norm. But even then, that's no excuse for acting like a moron.
