I have had a horrible muscle spasm right beneath my left shoulder blade for almost a week.  It is probably stress caused by the shit storm that can be my life.  However, this morning I told my daughter to just try to see if she can find it.  She not only found where the pain stemmed from, she followed the whole knot.  It still hurts and is sore,

Wow.. I've had a bad knot in my shoudler for the past week and a half too!

edgykitten is going to massage school, and it's much work, but she's happy. Yay for her graduating soon, I never see her anymore. :)
