I seriously need to make these. I wonder how it would work with fancy sausage and whole wheat pasta? Or I just need to break down and buy trashy hot dogs :)

I'd use kosher beef hot dogs, myself. (Since that's what we have. Since I can actually eat the damn things and not get sick.)

those are really cute... although the taste combo of hotdogs and spaghetti kind of grosses me out. i wonder about italian sausage and spaghetti? you could cover with a tomato sauce.
