wow, yeah, they never even mentioned that it was an Ad for a Band, they just said they were using her to express their political views, etc. That's just crazy. She did a really good job tho :D

of course... they ignore everything that is relevant and skew everything to their own point of view. And yes, she did.

I like the fact that they never once talked about the actual message (and she was making some extremely good points), but instead, redirected the view on the subject towards discrediting the people behind the message.

*nods* the woman was scary looking... but she was worse I think than o'reilly was because she was the one pushing for the parents to be shamed and shunned and such, and for the kid to be taken away from her parents. It's not child abuse to have a kid read a script that they don't fully comprehend, it's not child abuse to raise your kid athiest or in some other way "not christian" And it doesn't do any good to argue a point by attacking the person making the point... to refute something you have to actually address the message... stupid people....

Unfortunately, these days all you have to do to refute someone's point is to discredit the person making it :-/

True enough, but that's because we've gotten to be so worried about creditability, people don't care what someone says as much as they care about their authority in saying it is.

Well Mousee and I will be up for the New Year's Eve and we don't have any plans yet. And there is a possibility that Sammy will be back up by then too. So we should definatly make plans.

Sounds like it's got potential. I know I"ll be in Marquette Friday night and most likely Saturday night... I'll be getting Aurora all tipsy since she thinks she might have to work Monday... But hell, what's another day... lol We'll see what happens as we get closer to the end of the week. Have a safe trip back.
