Why do people think that kids are completely stupid? They aren't, y'know. And cartoons made for children don't have to be so watered down to the point of insulting kids' intelligence ( Read more... )

Yeah, obviously. Kids are brainless drones until they reach the age of thirteen, after that they are ALL immature, stupid sex crazed brats.

Bad cartoons are bad cartoons. Saying that "it's for kids" doesn't excuse it from having little effort being put into it.

Well, it's unfair to say TV as a whole sucks. There's good stuff amongst the dozens of trash. Like Avatar! :D Yeah, I've totally been digging Avatar since Friday.

Agreed! And I've read a little of ANimorphs, but not as much as I'd liked.

Note that cartoons are drawn by adults and often, there are fun lil' quirks thrown in.

For example, the comic television shows often jab at inside jokes only comic book fans will know. ^___^ Thus, an older audience can enjoy kid shows, too.
