So Nunsense opened, and that was fun, The night was so nerve wracking to be honest. I was worrying about everything. I could barely sit and watch the show I was just so tied up in knots about it. Honestly I did not feel that they were ready but they did a wonderful job, and have been doing just fine. We close this weekend and I am rather glad.

As the director you are right about your cast and staff needing to work with you and push them selves to learn something or perfect what they already know how to do. Dont get to down on yourself and perhaps directing for a diffrent company would be a better experience.
