What is RA, and how long ago were you diagnosed with it? I saw a reference to this on your FB but I didn't want to ask you directly there.

Rheumatoid arthritis. It is a progressive auto immune disease where my body attacks my joints. Flare ups are very painful. It has no cure, but it can be managed. Some meds are scary, but I am starting on a less aggresive treatment. I was only diagnosed this past Tuesday, so I am still trying to grasp it.
