Barton core has 640KB cache

I said L2 cache, that is what makes the Barton core so special. I could get my old T-Bred B up to way higher clock speeds, but the sandra and 3dmark2003 socres were nowheres near as close. True enough though, the entire CPU does have 640 KB of memory.
