I'm sorry that you're feeling like that. Remember that I'll be here to listen to any rant or troubles you are having. And I'm sure there are many other besides me that would offer the same - so don't hesitate to take any of us up on the offer.
If it comes down to it, take a weekend to "reset." Just focus on yourself. Play a videogame, or just relax outside on the lawn and soak in the rays. Or take a ride out to a lake and read a book with nothing but the birds around you. You love nature, right? Any of these should prove wonderful.
And if that's not enough, use an entire week. Just focus on homework and other personally important things. Leave IM off, leave your phone on silent and only check it from time to time just in case an emergency came up with a friend.
Otherwise, take a break from everyone to unwind an RELAX. Boost your morale. And once you're done, let everyone know if that helped you or not. Why? Because we care. *smiles*
