My month

So over the past month I have:

1. Moved house.
2. Injured my hand.
3. Played a zombie game across Leeds called "2.8 Hours Later."
4. Got a new job!! I start Sept 11th (cannot wait to hand my notice in).

How has everyone else been?

Season 2 has been incredible. I can't believe it's almost done. I hope Season 3 will start earlier since it'll be longer. This is exciting. *__*

Speaking of 28 Hours Later (which as you can imagine I haven't seen), did you watch Danny Boyle's OG opening ceremony? First time I've ever watched, but I had time and I was curious and it definitely didn't disappoint. So much geekiness! <3

Also, you should try Teen Wolf.

I did watch the opening ceremony. I liked the part with James Bond and the Queen, haha. It was fun (and it's the first one I remember watching). I hear that France are bidding for 2024.

I am dling it (since I'll need to stock up on things to watch if my laptop is being sent away to be fixed - whay can it not break when I have no internet? At least it's not the hockey season).

It was my favourite part. Also, Rowan Atkinson (even though I'm not a Mr Bean fan) and all the kids' lit. I didn't recognise EastEnders (the French commentators mentioned it, otherwise I would have been clueless), I used to watch Corrie with my flatmates and I'm not even sure I would have recognised its cast.

Victory! \o/ Also, don't worry if you find Season 1 average (it's not bad at all, just not exceptional), Season 2 is amazing.

I'm always surprised at how well known Mr Bean is, though it doesn't have speech so much convert fairly well to other countries. My brother watches Corrie so at the moment I pretty much know all the storylines; it's pretty embarrassing, haha.

Ha, noted. I don't know when I will have the time to watch it (softball tournament this weekend; need some sunshine because playing in the rain sucks).

Moving wasn't too bad except that the men I hired to help were so grumpy and complained about all the stuff I had.. well, I told them in advance (to the best of my ability) so... I certainly paid them enough and I hope the complaining was worth it since it meant they didn't get a tip.. haha.

But I do love my new house. It's just a shame it's not really close to my new job! Ah well.
