It's still December...
Here are two pictures.
One is the obligatory traditional three-years-and-going-strong picture of my Christmas tree for 2008. I've had the stockings on the far left and right since I was a baby, the one on the right saying "Baby's First Christmas 1982". And the one in the middle I made for Tessie for her first Christmas. She almost ruined it trying to get to the catnip toys I was foolish enough to fill it with on her first Christmas Eve. If you can make it out, there is a gold ball ornament near the top glued in to a real live ice cream cone. I've had this ornament since preschool and it blows my mind that it still exists.
And this is the beautiful necklace I got from my fella for Christmas. (He's already feeding my amber addiction!) He thought it would look good for renfaire season :)
