And now I've read the end - and it's every bit as good as the rest of it led me to expect. :-)

I love the way you've created such an interesting cast of original characters, by the end I was really caring about all of them, even Geraint.

And your Arthur and Merlin are excellent as well. Arthur the competent leader, and Merlin who isn't an idiot or a child.

I hope you'll be writing more Merlin in the future.

I'm glad the ending didn't let you down. Oh god Geraint! Most people wanted him stashed in the bog by the end of chapter 9!

Hmmm. I tried to be fair in portraying Merlin and Arthur, kind of set them on the road to what they'll become whilst still maintaining them as recognisable characters from Show. I suspect that I pushed Arthur slightly ooc.
