Can anyone recommend a good tile and/or generic handyperson in NYC? The jobs are too small for a proper contractor, but I have a lot of little things that need fixed in my apartment before it's ready to put on the market, and the ones that seem to me largest are tile related.

We're about to have a wall of our bathroom repaired but sadly I have no idea whether it'll be done well! We're crossing our fingers, our super recommended the guy and he's doing work in our building, but I can't actually recommend him yet. If it goes well I will try to remember and let you know!

Oooh! I was approached by just such a person/group: HandyBook.com (they seem eager and they say it has a money-back guarantee. Check them out. :)

Thanks! I figured it would be too small a job for him, but I suppose it never hurts to ask.

My old roommate does mostly theatre carp work, but he probably wouldn't sneeze at in-home work. I'd be happy to do a handshake email, if you'd like. :)

My mother has a great, trustworthy contractor who seems to be able to do (or hire the right worker to do) every type of job, small to large. Email me if you'd like his contact info.
