Norway is one of the last places I would have thought such a violent act would take place. You never really hear anything terrible happening in some of these European countries and then to have this happen is just absolutely terrible. My heart goes out to the families of those who tragically died. I just can't believe someone could be so full of hate just to go in and shoot so many innocent people *shudders*
