I heard Igglybuffs evolve around maybe two to three months or so. And with Eevees, they're the same! And you have to use some elemental stones on them if you want a different kind.

You can get them at the Goldenrod City Department Store! Or you can have one mailed to you here. Yeah. They make some Pokemon evolve depending on their types.

They're reeeeally boring. They steal a lot of Pokemon and expect you to go on missions for them, but nothing interesting has happened recently.

They're not very good criminals.
