wow, monk, i was impressed with the complexity and clarity of your anti-conformity argument. ms randall would be proud. to some extent, i must agree that i agree with you. people with low self esteem do not belong in all-girls' environments. all the drama and "omg i weigh 132 i am so morbidly obese" talk is not a healthy environment for those who think what others think of them is more important than how they view themselves. im not like that, am i? i'd be a hypocrit if i were. i tend to mock that practice quite a bit...

wow monica you are so right. i mean why care so much about your boyfriend even more so than your friends because your friends will be there forever (well some) and your boyfriend will be in and out of your life pretty quickly. your not going to marry the guy your with in highschool (maybe onece in a blue moon but ya no) and ya i have people changing i wish some of my old freinds were how they were way back when!

wow monica that was very powerful and cogent. (i try). to be honest i totally agree but about a week ago i probably wouldnt have. its odd how the second something changes like a boy friend or whatever, how the big picture seems to change too. The thing is anyone in a relationship wont see it or understand it until its all gone and they can look back on how things were. I feel really bad because i totally did that to my friends, but i love them because they understood and even though i did stupid shit that they didnt agree with they helped me.
p.s. hows the hook up going?
