do you check your fertile ground account through your browser or through like...thunderbird or outlook express or something?

thanks for the links! i don't know if i am smart enough to figure this out. i'm going to try this advice first:

"Go to Edit > Preferences > Navigator > Helper Applications.

Do you see an entry for application/octet-stream?

If so, highlight it and REMOVE it."
