That sounds really interesting. When I was a child, I attended a performance at the Smithsonian by an African storyteller and it was something I've never forgotten.

Yeah I am pretty psyched. They are accredited and have a rolling admissions policy, so there's no hard deadline. It's kind of a revolutionary approach to grad school--which is what I was looking for. I couldn't see myself taking classes after work 3x a week in strictly another round of Education coursework, nor could I see myself as a full time artist confined to a studio for half of the semester.

wow, that's fantastic sounding :o Storytelling really IS an art, and one that we've been losing through time. I wish more people appreciated it.
