Which character am I?

1. Name: Nikki

2. Age: 23

3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose? Everywhere. I’d love to be rich enough to have a home in every spot that I desire. Mostly European locations. Penthouses in cities. Small charming cottages in the countryside with bubbling brooks. Houses on beachfront property. I’d love a place everywhere because I don’t like being stuck in one place, I want to be able to have a place to go when I want. Either that or I’d be perfect content living out of hotels.

4. What would your Room of Requirement look like? It would be a beach with warm water and I would sit right where the waves lap onto the shore. There’d be a soft breeze and I’d have my favorite music on an mp3 player. There’d be no one else around. I might get up and dance and there’d be nobody there to see me.

5. Who is your least favorite Harry Potter character? Well I used to think Umbridge, but she was important to plot. She was the ultimate character to hate. Then I hate Percy, but I still want to think that Percy has his reasons and it will be resolved in the seventh book. There is however one character that I usually just skip over, because he is boring. Hagrid. Anything to do with Hagrid bores me to tears. I could care less about monstrous spider or his dimwitted giant brother.

6. Is the glass half empty or half full? Half full, because usually when I have a glass with something to drink in it, I’m thirsty. However, whether I am optimistic or pessimistic? It depends on the mood and the subject. When dealing with people, I’m a pessimist. When dealing with myself, it really depends how I’m feeling. Society as a whole however, I’m an optimist that it will be better someday, which is odd considering I’m pessimistic about people. I don’t make much sense.

7. Give us a quotation (Can be from a famous person, a song, or even a poem-whatever you want) you feel represents your life or personality. “When I’m good, I’m very good, but when I’m bad, I’m better.” - Mae West. Mae West rocks and has the best quotes. It describes my personality well, very pleasure seeking, sensual, naughty. It’s not ALWAYS put on display for the world to see, but it’s there. That’s not my full personality though, I’m many many many things. That’s just what popped into my head.

8. In your life, who comes first: family or friends? Myself. It’s true. The only person I would possibly put before myself is my husband. So I don’t know which that would go under. I don’t have much family and friends usually betray me, so it’s hard for me to trust. I guess it all depends on where I’m at in life, but it will most likely always be myself.

9. What is your favorite childhood memory? Frankenmuth, MI. I didn’t live far from there when I was really young. My parents took me quite a few times and I loved the quaint shops with one of my favorite things: food! I love good food and I can still remember how it tastes. I also love the atmosphere of it though. I also loved going to the fair, my dad and I would go on the double ferris wheel. I loved heights.

10. What would you say is your biggest flaw? Fear. It overwhelms me. I won’t get too into it, but there’s a lot of issues that needs worked out and yet fear is holding me back from it. I am afraid of everything. Mostly I’m afraid of my own mind and I’m afraid of people.

11. If you had been at Hogwarts during Harry’s fifth year, do you think that you would have joined the D.A.? It really depends. I’d be interested, because I’d want to learn more magic, more powerful magic. At the same time though, I probably wouldn’t get involved. Unless I was friends with Harry directly or invited, I’d probably just ignore it.

12. Describe how you react to difficult or stressful situations. I panic. Once again, I really don’t want to get into this but anxiety and me don’t get along too well. I’m on medication. I’m even like this is non-stressful situations. If push comes to shove though, I’m not sure. I have a temper and I could see myself doing something insane to protect myself. My husband said the other day "good thing you don't have a wand", because I'd probably torture people in rage.

13. Which do you value more: compassion or justice? Justice. An eye for an eye. Most people honestly don’t deserve compassion. That doesn’t mean I don’t have it, at times, but I am more judging. The justice system however is can sometimes be corrupt, so actually I wouldn’t hold either one in very high regard.

14. Would you say that you’re a child at heart, or that you have an old soul? Definitely child’s heart. I am very imaginative. I like to do what is fun. I love running in sprinklers, I love teddy bears, I get excited at the sound of the ice cream truck. I love to laugh and although I can be too serious at times, I’ve also got a good sense of humor especially around friends.

15. Which Hogwarts House do you think that the Sorting Hat would place you in? I honestly don’t know anymore. I question it a lot. If we were to go merely be canon traits in the books, purely from the Sorting Hat, then I think I’d be Ravenclaw. But in fandom, I’m not. I’m a Slytherdor. This is only from delving deeper into what each house is made of. I’m emotional, but I rarely make myself vulnerable. I’m very passionate, but not reckless. I’m charming when need be. I'm persuasive. I'm also shy though. Very observant. Sadly I do lack Hufflepuff traits though, loyalty, hardworking, patience is not me.But there’s also so many traits that could be easily fit into any house, so I don’t even like to think about it anymore. I’ve become so sick of houses. I’m just me.

16. If you have a picture of yourself and feel comfortable posting it, please do so! Pictures are fun!
