1. Name: Diana. I have a lot of nicknames too that I don't remember how I got them. Di to my family and some of my friends. DiDi, Diano, Madison, etc for my friend, Johnston. Fish, just to my family... Princess Pineapple with my best friend (she's Queen Coconut.) and the list goes on...
2. Age: 14. Though I'm tempting to put 15 because my birthday is next month.
3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
Australia. No questions asked. I like the feel that it gives to me. I like how it’s so outdoorsy(is that even a word?) but then you can go to the Opera Hall in Sydney. I love the beach, and I sincerely miss it since I moved out of LA when I was 9. I can't really describe it, so I tried my best.
4. What would your Room of Requirement look like?
To tell the truth... I have no clue. I'm moody, my likes and dislikes change all the time, so every time I go there it probably will be a little different or maybe even a HUGE change. I just can't pinpoint what it would be like, because really... I have no clue what I want it be like.
5. Who is your least favorite Harry Potter character?
Peter Pettigrew because I believe one of the worst things you can do is to betray your friends. Yes, Lord Voldemort could've killed you but would you rather live and be a coward, or die because of the people that you loved? How can you betray the friends that you've known for so long and then fall under the power of someone else? Ugh, it just makes me mad.
6. Is the glass half empty or half full?
It depends. I've put a lot of thought in this awhile ago and then my friend stole my thoughts.
ANYWAY. If you pour it half way then it's half full. But if you full up the glass and then drink half of it then its half empty.
7. Give us a quotation (Can be from a famous person, a song, or even a poem-whatever you want) you feel represents your life or personality.
"Look who's laughing now that you've wasted
How many years and you've barely even tasted
Anything remotely close to
Everything you've boasted about
Look who's crying now." F-Stop Blues by Jack Johnson.
I've been the person who people are like, "oh, you can't do that. You're stupid." Seriously, people have told me that. But if you look at me now, I'm so much more then that. I get straight A's, I'm a soccer star, I've been asked to be an ambassador, and represent California in D.C, and I walked onto my high schools water polo team and knew no one and turned out to make a lot of friends.. I've proved a lot of people wrong, and I laugh when those people who called me 'stupid' try to make me there friend. I don't forgive easily.
8. In your life, who comes first: family or friends?
Family. I love my mom to death, she's always been there. I love my sister and brother, the only person who I don't feel that close to is my dad. But I can always make new friends. Yes, I love them all, but during a time of crisis I would have to choose my family. My family will always be there for you, where friends can turn your back on you. Plus, a lot of my best friends are practically family.
9. What is your favorite childhood memory?
Getting my dog when I was three. We were at the pound and my mom took my siblings and me to the pound because we were planning to get a dog. My brother wanted the dog that jumped on the trampoline, but my mom already had been to the pound and picked out a dog. So we took her out of the cage (the dog my mom picked out... not the jumping one) to see how she reacted around us. I, being three and not knowing better, stepped on her tail and gave her a big huge bear hug. She didn't care, and we adopted her. She was one of my best friend until her death this summer.
10. What would you say is your biggest flaw?
My stubbornness. I've never been the one to let someone else control me. It could be funny, I guess. I usually annoy them by saying, "Why?" and they get frustrated and give up. I always want my idea, even though I see that they might lose, I still fight for them.
11. If you had been at Hogwarts during Harry’s fifth year, do you think that you would have joined the D.A.?
Yes because I like to stand up for things that I believe in (hence why I get 20/5 on discussions in English). And I did believe that D.A. was doing the right thing to do. I don't really know why I can't describe it right now... But generally, I would join.
12. Describe how you react to difficult or stressful situations.
I fight threw them. In public if something is stressing me out I sadly try to hide it and act like nothing is wrong. I try to keep everything in control, even if it means that I have to hide it from people. But always when I'm at home I yell and get frustrated at everything. Sometimes I go to my room and cry. It really just depends.
13. Which do you value more: compassion or justice?
Justice. If everything’s fair then there's really no reason for some people to get upset. Even though it might seem cold-hearted I would prefer someone to be mad at me that I might be able to fix in a fair way then having to give out of sympathy and giving more to one person. For some reason it’s getting harder and harder for me to say this.
14. Would you say that you’re a child at heart, or that you have an old soul?
I'm still a child, but yes... I do think I'm a child at heart. I like to have fun at any time. I'll dance and sing at any random time. Let people stare, I don't mind. Maybe that’s why I like to do improv so much because even though it’s spontaneous, usually its fun.
15. Which Hogwarts House do you think that the Sorting Hat would place you in?
I've been told Hufflepuff... I'm a Puff at Hogwarts Elite. But then my family says Gryffindor. And then my friends and most people say Slytherin. So... Seriously, I have no clue where the sorting hat would place me. Just that I think I'm least like a Ravenclaw.
16. If you have a picture of yourself and feel comfortable posting it, please do so! Pictures are fun!
On the right with my best friend (Kirsten) on the tea cups at Disneyland. Tea Cups are fun!
