1. Name:
Filonila
2. Age:
21
3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
In England, Paris or Rome. I'm really interested in European culture. I think these places are just teeming with history.
4. What would your Room of Requirement look like?
A warm, comfortable room with a fireplace, a huge couch and fluffy pillows where some friends and I can talk for hours on end. Oh, and there should be mountains of books and perhaps a PC with Internet access, too. ;)
5. Who is your least favorite Harry Potter character?
Umbridge. She's horrible. She's more than evil. She's supposed to be a teacher and she just mutilated the back of Harry's hand. She just seems to have a real, personal motive with that.
6. Is the glass half empty or half full?
Half full. I have my down days but I guess I always look forward to better ones. :)
7. Give us a quotation (Can be from a famous person, a song, or even a poem-whatever you want) you feel represents your life or personality.
"We're all mad here." The Cheshire cat says this in Alice in Wonderland.
8. In your life, who comes first: family or friends?
Family. Friends come and go but family is always there for me. I admit that I'm not that open towards my family and they sometimes drive me up the wall too, but I know my family will always be there for me. They know me best and know what's best for me. I always miss them whenever I'm away (like now!). But I do love my friends, too, of course. The really good ones are just the greatest. Still, my family comes first in my life.
9. What is your favorite childhood memory?
Playing with my neighborhood friends. The kids in my street and I always got together on afternoons till evenings and on weekends, playing tag, hide-and-seek and other games while our parents and caretakers watched nearby. I remember that a few weeks before Christmas when I was six or seven, we went caroling and got enough change to buy food for our own Christmas party. :)
10. What would you say is your biggest flaw?
I bottle up hard feelings towards people. :D I usually don't show it, but I'd get distant and cold towards a person I'm annoyed with. What's worse is that I'd pretend everything is okay when I'm really seething inside. This always creates a rift between me and that person, something which isn't really resolved.
11. If you had been at Hogwarts during Harry’s fifth year, do you think that you would have joined the D.A.?
Of course! I'd probably hate Umbridge too, and I know it would kill me to learn DADA out of books. It would be quite cool to rebel against something you know is wrong, and the spells would be dead useful!
12. Describe how you react to difficult or stressful situations.
I'm terrible. At first I whine or make tutting noises. I sometimes talk to myself, too. :D I usually cry it all out, preferably to a friend.
13. Which do you value more: compassion or justice?
Hard one. Justice, I suppose. The good kind. What's right morally.
14. Would you say that you’re a child at heart, or that you have an old soul?
Child at heart. People say I seem younger than my age because I give off that sort of vibe. I have a playful side in me. I still love Disney songs. :) I get excited over things I'm not supposed to be excited about any longer. :)
15. Which Hogwarts House do you think that the Sorting Hat would place you in?
Gryffindor. I'm brave in my own little way. :) I defy authority or common sense at times when I know that what I'm doing is right. I challenge myself constantly, too. I guess I'm brave that way. :D
16. If you have a picture of yourself and feel comfortable posting it, please do so! Pictures are fun!
