3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
I think it would be somewhere in England, probably in the suburbs of a large city. I wouldn't want it to be a completely solitary and large- I'd definately want a place where I would be quite close to the city, but not right in the crowded areas. A small-to-medium house, from which I can drive to the city-center in a reasonably short amount of time, and yet I can still see the stars wonderfully at night due to the lack of light pollution, would be near-perfect. I chose England partly because I'm a british citizen (who has never actually lived long in the country) and wants to, and also because it is very modern and I love cities, especially London. But I preferred the suburbs of a large city because even though I like to be up-to-date on my areas of interest (like getting the new book of my favorite author soon after its release, or seeing a movie I had been awaiting either in time) I would need a chance to escape it. Overall I would prefer a serene and creative environment to an extremely social one.
4. What would your Room of Requirement look like?
The walls would probably be dark colours, blues or blacks or browns, or they would be covered with posters and paintings of things I love or inspire me. It would probably be small, but more a cozy-small rather than a cramped-small. I would definitely need large windows, overlooking perhaps a small lake or park. Hmm...now the interior...Large bookcases are essential, filled with mostly good fantasy novels, but with many other genres as well. A comfy sofa to sit and read them on would be needed. A large area facing the window would be filled with canvases, papers etc, and art supplies of every kind alongside it...and my computer and writing utensils on a large desk. I could live without a TV, but I do love watching movies, so maybe an overhead projector? Like a mini-home theatre set? Something along those lines. I guess the whole place would have a modern, original and relaxing feeling; and should least of all have a sterile, ordinary, or overcrowded look.
5. Who is your least favorite Harry Potter character?
It’s probably Peter Pettigrew. I hate him for his cowardice and disloyalty. He put his own life before the lives of the ones who were friends to him. He betrayed the Potters without a care despite them obviously liking him and trusting him enough to make him their secret-keeper. His own existence and comfort meant more to him than the life of many others. This showed just how selfish, ungrateful and cold-hearted he is. And this evilness in him doesn’t come along with intelligence like it does with Voldemort, or even with madness like it does with Bellatrix. It comes along with cowardice and stupidity and disloyalty, which I find worse than plain evilness.
Cornelius Fudge is also one of my most hated characters due to how shallow and narrow-minded he is, and how he isn’t open to change. His ignorance and stubbornness costs the wizarding world a few lives. If he had been more flexible and understanding, it would have given the good side a whole year as an advantage.
6. Is the glass half empty or half full?
Unfortunately I tend to see it half-empty too often, but I try my hardest to think ‘on the bright side’ for my own happiness. But sometimes when I do I feel like it is artificial happiness, because the facts are screaming out how hopeless it is. So I guess I see it both empty and full, depending on the situation in general.

I’m sure you’ve all heard this 49823529 times, but I would always rather be creative and ambitious than be very knowledgeable and perfectly content to let it go to waste.
"You laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at you because you are all the same." Another not-so-original quote which has been used everywhere, but another which is quite true for me. I really think individuality is important and can't understand those who want to think and look like others.
8. In your life, who comes first: family or friends?
The two are very close, but I’d have to say family, because they have been with me when friends weren’t. However I value the few true friends I have a lot because it takes a while for me to trust someone. I am generally friendly with almost everyone, however only two of my friends can pass the barrier I put up to distance myself from others in some aspects.
9. What is your favorite childhood memory?
Hmmm… I’ve had an overall ok childhood, which hasn’t been bad yet not remarkable either, so it’s difficult for me to choose a particularly wonderful memory. So I’ll put the one which is freshest in my mind (seeing as that must have affected me the most.) I was 8 I think, and it was sometime in December. The most thick and lovely snow had settled in our compound’s garden and I took a large oven tray and went outside at night, sliding down the hill again and again on the tray. Then I remember getting very tired and lying down in the thick snow for ages, just feeling all the snowflakes fall on my face, and marveling at how silent the world could be. I lay there for a while all by myself, grinning. :D Yep, I was one weird kid.
10. What would you say is your biggest flaw?
It would probably be my pessimism. It’s what holds me down a lot. Its not that I don’t have talent or ambition, I just start things expecting them to end badly. I think its probably because I’m scared of disappointment. Despite being a realistic and fair person, I do have too many dreams, most of them highly unlikely. I’m still enthusiastic though- just without the hope it will lead to something.
11. If you had been at Hogwarts during Harry’s fifth year, do you think that you would have joined the D.A.?
Without a doubt! Umbridge was a horrible excuse for a professor, both in the way she taught (or the LACK of it), and in the way she treated her students. Besides, I find The Dark Arts fascinating (in a knowledge/study way, not as a concept/philosophy, I’m not a Death Eeater) and clearly nothing useful would be taught by Umbridge in DADA that year, so I’d jump at the opportunity to learn from Harry so I wouldn’t be dependant to anyone in the war, I would be able to defend myself.
12. Describe how you react to difficult or stressful situations.
I frantically go over the situation/reason/solutions in my head and try to make sense of them. I get millions of good and bad idea’s as solutions, then forget about them. Once I get around to extracting every idea, I find half of them are useless/random/impossible and on the other half I spend ages trying to come up with something better. Eventually I can’t, and I fall back on the first logical solution I had.
If it’s a situation which is out of my hands, I try and try and try and fail to find a way in which I can alter it. Then I go and escape the situation by burying my nose in a good fantasy novel.
13. Which do you value more: compassion or justice?
Justice can sometimes be too harsh or lax, and compassion can be taken advantage of. However both are very important and I can hardly decide. Justice with compassion, I think. It should all be fair, but exceptions are needed depending on some circumstances.
14. Would you say that you’re a child at heart, or that you have an old soul?
Sometimes people tell me I’m mature for my age, and that I can be too deep.
But I also love making people laugh and I’m well known for my random sense of humor.
I am very patient when it comes to some things, yet I am impatient with people and can hardly tolerate people who are stupid, shallow, and spoilt.
But I always jump into new things before most people and love to be different from the crowd, whether I’m considered cool or weird for it, I couldn’t care less what the majority thinks. Only a few people’s opinions matter to me greatly.
So all in all…uhh….I guess I can be both a child at heart and yet have an old soul as well. Or maybe one side outweighs the other? I’m not sure. I’ll leave that for you guys to decide.
15. Which Hogwarts House do you think that the Sorting Hat would place you in?
I don’t think I’m cunning enough for Slytherin (even though I’m ambitious), I’m not kind and hard-working enough for Hufflepuff, and I’m not brave enough for Gryffindor. So yeah, probably Ravenclaw, for the intelligence and open-mindedness. Oh and the bookish aspect, even though Hermione, being a Gryffindor, is an exception.
