1. Name: Katie

2. Age: 20

3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose? NYC, because I absolutely love everything about it. The culture, the people, the shopping (!), and especially the theatre. I am obsessed with theatre and to live in New York would be a dream come true.

4. What would your Room of Requirement look like? It would have shelves upon shelves of books (Jane Austin, Victor Hugo, Madeleine L'Engle, Harry Potter, and others), stacks of back issues of Vogue in the corner, a tv with a DVD player and a TiVo hooked up, all my favorite movies, and more shoes than a backroom at Manolo Blahnik.

5. Who is your least favorite Harry Potter character? Probably Dolores Umbridge. Everyone else has redeeming or entertaining qualities that make them bearable. But Umbridge just flat out ANGERS me.

6. Is the glass half empty or half full? Depends on if you just poured water into it or took a drink.

7. Give us a quotation (Can be from a famous person, a song, or even a poem-whatever you want) you feel represents your life or personality. "I'm looking for love. Real love. Ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can't-live-without-each-other love." --Carrie Bradshaw, Sex and the City

8. In your life, who comes first: family or friends? Family. But that's difficult, because I consider my friends to be a part of a larger family.

9. What is your favorite childhood memory? Probably sitting in my bedroom surrounded by my dolls reading a book. Those are truly blissful memories for me.

10. What would you say is your biggest flaw? I'm increadibly impulsive and have a hard time with motivation.

11. If you had been at Hogwarts during Harry’s fifth year, do you think that you would have joined the D.A.? I like to think that I would, but I'm such a scardycat that I probably wouldn't. I hate confrontation and I'm terrified of death. And being a member of the DA has a great possibility of leading to either one. But I'd never rat them out like Marietta.

12. Describe how you react to difficult or stressful situations. I compartmentalize. I convince myself that my problems don't exist and go into a state of denial. Very healthy of me, no? ;)

13. Which do you value more: compassion or justice? Compassion. Justice is important, but meaningless if it isn't tempered without at least a touch of compassion.

14. Would you say that you’re a child at heart, or that you have an old soul? Definitely a child at heart. I still skip down the halls at school and watch old Disney movies.

15. Which Hogwarts House do you think that the Sorting Hat would place you in? I'm not sure. Probably Hufflepuff. I love learning, but hate the work involved. And I'm certainly not very brave.

16. If you have a picture of yourself and feel comfortable posting it, please do so! Pictures are fun!
