1. Name: Crystal, but I've always sort of hated it. It's terribly plain and to easy to make fun of when I was young.."Crystal pistol".."Crystal Ball head"...Kids weren't that creative when I was young, but it was irritating.
I like being called Chris and Mags, which I dubbed myself.
2. Age: 22 years young, thankyouverymuch.
3. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
It's a tie between The England (countryside), Scotland, or Ireland. I love the accents and I'm half UK English and when I get terribly angry I slip into the best accent ever. I've never been to England either.
4. What would your Room of Requirement look like?
Right now, a double bed with fancy bed posts, my friend Bill would appear later to cuddle/talk to, Bookshelves with ALL the books I have ever wanted to disgest with my mind, and Chocolate. The dark stuff. None of that calcium junk. Too sweet. A fresh pot of Eglish breafast tea too...mmm... my artbook! I can't forget that..watercolours too.(I could go on forever and draw it too!)
5. Who is your least favorite Harry Potter character?
Out of them all...I would say Percy Weasely because Family is family. Your tight no matter what. I grew up like that...how could he just toss the sweater aside. Sure, it's wool and I'm allergic. Sure there would be the HUGEST "C" on it...but I'd stick a thin sweater underneath and sport it proud! Just, even, to make my mother feel good on Christmas. Plus, the workaholicbuttsniffer thing... yup. I feel for him, but he is sad.
6. Is the glass half empty or half full?
It's completely full of empty and full. I've always belived that. Full of liquid and air. Or solid and air..whatever depending on the substances.
7. Give us a quotation (Can be from a famous person, a song, or even a poem-whatever you want) you feel represents your life or personality.
I chose this poem by
fangedfemon DA. It gives me an understanding of how I see the world sometimes.
----
Long svelte tongues dripping with words that form ivy like tendrils,
which creep and meander into my brain like some dime store thief.
Watching the world with heavy lidded eyes like a slow motion train wreck,
a carnivorous cartoon that seems amusing to my lithium laced soul.
Suspending time with my breath held in anticipation of a promise,
a finer more savory taste in the next round of this dual personality realism.
Renewing the lease on my facade with nails that render all hope sub par,
no one tries the inner door- no entrance needed- dead end front depth will suffice.
Preponderant majority rules, so step aside let the wolves run the flock,
an indispensable dream that you will lose yourself in as your sheep attire never fit so well.
Close one eye and take another look- close both and you will truly see,
darkness wont hide the inadequacies -always a step away from the happy ending.
8. In your life, who comes first: family or friends?
I will say my friends, because my most kindred pals are always in my mind and heart. I cherish them too much to lose them. For some reason, my family will always be there for me, whatever I choose.
9. What is your favorite childhood memory?
I don't have only one, so I'll pick a quick five... making cardboard cars and being amused for hours, snowflakes kissing my eyelashes, wishing on stars because you believe it will come true and everything seems okay, putting leggings on your head and hopping about like a bunny or finger gloves on your feet squawking like a rooster, my mother's hugs when I was crying.
10. What would you say is your biggest flaw?
I am complusive about organizing the most strangest things. I cleaned up a lawyers desk once, I am VERY picky about groceries in the bundle buggy being "properly organized"...biting my nails. I'm pretty sure Obsessive Complusive Disorder is in me somewhere, but I am too proud to admit that
11. If you had been at Hogwarts during Harry’s fifth year, do you think that you would have joined the D.A.?
I would say after the first meeting I would have loved it! I think I would have clashed quit a bit with people because I have a sense of leadership. I like to help out alot. I love the idea of breaking the rules and being apart of a secret society, at least this one is helpful.
12. Describe how you react to difficult or stressful situations.
I think it out alot, analysize it to wear I can cope, otherwise I hold everything in until I reach my room and cry quietly for a few minutes.
13. Which do you value more: compassion or justice?
Tricky...I am going to say Justice. I feel caring too much can lead to blindness. When there is a disagreement, even if one is a person I really dislike, I listen to both sides and judge it. I use my head most of the time. :\
14. Would you say that you’re a child at heart, or that you have an old soul?
hmm.. I am a bit of both really. I sound really grown up here, but in real life I love to joke around alot and play pranks on people. I call people "dork" jokingly alot. Playfighting is so much fun and every year I go sledding in my jeans SOAKED to my underwear! Haha...I still watch cartoons. When I need to be grown up, I act it, best I can.
15. Which Hogwarts House do you think that the Sorting Hat would place you in?It would be confused and sit awhile atop my head. I'm very friendly, outgoing and easy going like Hufflepuffs, but I love books and analysing and school too, so ravenclaw...Then I am opinionated, challenging , and courageous like a Gryffindor. I am glad it's the hat's job *dizzy*
16. If you have a picture of yourself and feel comfortable posting it, please do so! Pictures are fun!
though, I really don't like pictures of myself, I love this one. ♥
