Printer-friendly vellum?

May 07, 2008 21:45

Hi, all. A friend is making wedding invitations and is looking for printer-friendly vellum. I've seen it once so it exists out there somewhere, we just can't find it. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

The vellum I bought from paper zone online prints out fine if you set your printer option to transparence. I don't think it was special vellum, I did lay them out to dry just incase.

Michaels has Clear Translucent Sheets in a 50 pack (8.5x11)..it's just as good as Vellum (not much thicker a novice wouldn't know the difference) and I've used it MANY times in my injet printer. The ink just takes a few seconds longer than regular paper to dry...but holds up VERY well. It looks awesome for any type of cards.
