Carving stamps

I enjoy carving my own stamps -- if I'm making a hand-made card, I might as well go all the way and make the stamps myself as well. :)
I use pencil erasers as the carving material, with a set of linoleum cutting tools to carve. I can get reasonably detailed designs done ( Read more... )

I would think that wherever you got your cutting tools you could also find the rubber pads to carve. If not, try and art supply store. They would have that stuff for sure. I have several blocks sitting in my craft room that I got at the same time as my tools. :)

Unfortunately, that is not the case. I've asked everywhere (every art supply store I see!) and no-one has 'em.

I think I'll just have to order over the internet.
