Soundwave is a bit of a unique mech, even in his own canon. He's considered the Spymaster of the Decepticons, and has earned that reputation by having 'eyes and ears' everywhere. 1. Let the hacking wars begin. :D Given security program, Rinzler is pretty serious on encrypting his stuff. If he detects Soundwave trying to hack his things, he'll probably try to hack right back... which probably won't succeed, but will be hilarious anyways.

In general, he probably won't be able to hack Rinzler's PORTAL, or any conversations he's personally secured--but exceptions could happen. And he's free of course to creep all over anything unsecured, which covers... a lot of data.

2. Room, sure. Rinzler's spent... maybe two hours there. The arena... he can try, but it'll be much less easy. Unless they're specifically well cloaked against detection by Grid tech (which could be a thing, but is unlikely to start that way), he'll detect the intrusion, and probably respond by destroying or quarantining the drones.

As for no_hometown, feel free to creep on the PORTAL unless something is marked as encrypted, but no drones in his Place of Solace.
